This entire post will be my test run to see if I can rank for the terms for social hub submitter.

If you’ve reached this page via Google search, then yes!  My experiment is a success!  That is great news for anyone who is thinking about buying this product.

This is all I will say for now for this product, because this is after all just a test, and will elaborate more if it’s a success.

UPDATE: 19 minutes later…

Wow, so I created that simple little paragraph above and within 19 minutes it has already hit #3 on Google for “Can you rank well with social hub submitter?”

Now, I know that there’s not really any competition for this keyword, and there isn’t really much reason to target this keyword, but it was for testing purposes.  Even with my other crazy long tail keywords that I have used to test out stuff, I’ve never gotten this kind of instant indexing and ranking.  I really don’t know what else to say about this product except that IT WORKS.

I am now going to do some testing with some more difficult keywords and will update this post later with results.

So a few months ago, I decided that I wanted to try out another blog back linking network.  I have tried a couple in the past, and I really didn’t see a lot of strength or growth in my rankings. I was a little hesitant to try another one, but I took the plunge because I really like the idea of using these networks if I can find one that worked well.

I found one called Blogging Underground.  This one by far has the best system of any of the ones that I have found so far.  You have a HUGE amount of blogs that you can choose from to make guest posts on.  They have both Blogging Underground owned blogs and user submitted blogs, so the blog count is raising every day.

They have some blogs that are topic specific such as fitness or business, but many of them are general topics that you can post anything on.  I prefer this because if you have something that fits in the topic specific blog, it helps to link from a relevant content blog to yours.

All you have to do is write up a minimum of 120 word article and you can link a URL twice in the article.  That’s it.  It’s super simple and highly effective.

I have tried it over a variety of niches and I saw strong SEO ranking growth among them all.  I created a new blog within the last week and started trying to rank it for about 3 different keywords.  Within 24 hours, I have already begun popping up on page 2 and 3 of Google.  This is a fairly competitive keyword, and every website on page 1 of Google for it is an affiliate.

Given the success I’ve already had in just a small amount of time shows me just how powerful it really can be.  I highly recommend anyone who wants to focus on SEO to give this system a try.  I will definitely keep using it.

One other huge advantage that this linking network has over the others that I’ve seen is they offer some really easy payment plans.  You can choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly.  Of course the longer that you sign up the bigger discounts you get, but in any case this is definitely worth it.

There’s really nothing else that you need to wait for, this program is amazing for anyone who likes SEO and wants to see an increase of their rankings.

Blogging Underground Test Run

I have just started a membership to a SEO back link service called Blogging Underground.  The basic premise of this is to be able to post to blogs in their network with your links to promote your site.  I’ve ran some page rank tests on a few of them and so far I’ve seen that they are anywhere from 0-2, most of them PR 1 that I’ve checked so far.  I’m pretty impressed with what I’ve seen thus far, even though it’s only been one day.

I will update later to show some of the results that I’ve had, and they range from 1.5 year old domains to less than a week.

I look forward to sharing the results!

To your success,

By far the cheapest way that I have found to make money online is with article marketing.  Is this the sexiest way?  Nope.  Is it lucrative?  You betcha.  It can be absolutely free if you choose to do so.

I started my internet marketing career doing article marketing.  I still use it from time to time, if I am in need of some backlinks or some more traffic.  When I started, I thought I would just write and write and write and never see any money.

What I didn’t realize was how important the keywords were that I was using.  Once I found a good niche and picked the right keywords, I started making sales.

I picked a niche where there was a product coming out in a month or so, wrote some articles like crazy, built my site, and published them.  Then I waited.

The first week that the product launched, I made a sale a day.  Each sale gave me $27 in commissions, so I was pretty stoked with the results.  Especially since it was my first go with any sort of hardcore marketing.

You just need to STICK WITH IT.  There’s nothing more than that.  Focus is the key, no matter what method you choose.

To your success,

-Chase

Short answer: Today.  Get started right now, get an action plan, and get moving!

Long answer: Get started today! :)

The more you wait, the more time that you let the whole idea of internet marketing slip away.  There have been times that I will make mini excuses as to why I don’t want to work on it.  “I’ll do it after this TV show.”  “I’ll take tonight off and start it tomorrow.”  “I’ll have plenty of time later, I want to do this right now.”  This isn’t one of those things where it will just happen for you.  You really have to work at it, despite all of the shiny objects that tell you otherwise.  It’s a business, and like any business it’s going to take work.  You really need to get rid of all distractions and just let the creativity flow.

The hard part for the newbies out there is really getting out of the shiny object syndrome.  It took me a looong time.  I bought more products than I’d like to admit, and I’m not rollin’ in the dough like they all claimed I would be.

I am currently following a very sound system by Brian Johnson, the 300 intnernet marketers system.  I am blown away by the amount of content and how it leaves no stone unturned.  If it were open, I would recommend it, but unfortunately it’s closed.  There will be more courses from him without a doubt, so stay tuned for that, because I will definitely be recommending those if they are anything like what he already is offering.

A lot of new people ask this question to themselves constantly.  Sometimes (actually, most of the time) the question becomes too much, and people just plain quit.  A good marketer that I follow says in every email “People do not FAIL at internet marketing.  They simply GIVE UP before the magic happens.”  - Brian Johnson

This quote is all too true.  But why are people quitting?  In my opinion, it’s a mix of the following.

1) Too much  information.  There is a lot of information to take in.  I would venture a guess that a good amount of people are over 40-50 years old and just don’t have the passion to learn more about this stuff.  It took me about a good full year before I really felt comfortable about talking about what I was doing, doing it, and making any money.

2) Too many shiny objects. A simple search of internet marketing in Google will show you thousands of products that will teach you the secrets of internet marketing in a day, all promising overnight riches.   There are many good, honest products out there, but often times they are overshadowed by the dark side of internet marketing.

3) When you start with these shiny objects, it’s too expensive.  If you start with the shiny objects, it sure can get expensive.  You see product after product and you think that each one holds the secrets that you desperately need, and shell out your hard earned cash for yet another failure.

4) Misdirection.  It might be a big money maker for internet marketers, but one of my biggest pet peeves when I buy a product is the back end sales, ESPECIALLY with the shiny objects.  You get all these promises that it’s all included for the low temporary price of $37, but then when you buy it you have 5 pages of more upsells with even more shiny objects and promises of automation.  I hate it, and I admittedly have returned products for this reason alone.  The very best products I’ve ever bought are the ones with no upsell.

5) Time.  It takes a while to get your bearings about all of it and take it in and make an action plan to stick to.  You really need to have a set day-by-day plan to get it going, especially at the beginning stages.  If you don’t, you might be setting yourself up for failure because the shiny objects will get to you.  Also I would venture a guess that a great deal of people get interested in internet marketing to make the quick buck, but drop out when they don’t make it.

What do I recommend?  Find a method, stick with it until the end.  Make some money with it?  Good, keep it going for a while to ensure that you keep making it, then you can use that same method with another product.  Then you’ll get some good income, and maybe that job-ending income everyone so desires.

More to come, stay tuned!

Thanks for coming to my blog.  Here’s some information about me to get it all started.

I’ve dabbled in internet marketing for about a year, off and on.  I am now turning it into my main focus, and I plan on launching many campaigns within the following months.  I started this blog to highlight some of my successes as well as my failures.   I will talk about what I am working on and what I feel about some of the new stuff that’s coming out.

Also for newer internet marketers coming into the scene who happen to stumble upon my blog I will be talking about some of the different ways to start making a living online.

I chose the name of this blog for a couple of reasons.  1) My name is Chase.  2) Everyone is chasing the money online, so chasemarketingprofits.com seemed pretty fitting to me.

Stay tuned for more information and to see what I will be working on!
